The whole set features a unified styling style. You may purchase a single size separately or buy the complete set. 

Customers only need to provide processing drawings, and we can customize and develop exclusive spun aluminum urns in accordance with all requirements in the drawings including dimensions, wall thickness, radian and surface treatment. 

Sampling, small-batch trial production and mass OEM volume production are supported.

Detailed Process Introduction

✅ CNC One-Piece Aluminum Spinning Forming Process

The whole set of aluminum urns adopts the multi-pass CNC cold spinning forming process. Using aluminum alloy sheet as raw material, the workpiece rotates at high speed on the CNC spinning machine, while the spinning wheel applies progressive pressure for stretching, shaping and edge trimming.

1. One-piece forming without welding seams: Different from welding and splicing processes, there are no welding seams on the tank body, eliminating risks of weld cracking, corrosion and leakage;

2. Continuous metal fibers: Spinning reshapes the internal metal flow lines of aluminum material. The tank features uniform wall thickness, improved structural toughness and compressive strength, and it is not easy to deform;

3. High curved surface precision: CNC programs control the spinning track. The radian of the urn body is round and symmetrical with stable roundness, ensuring high consistency of products in the same batch.

After forming, the tank undergoes multiple procedures of grinding, deburring and fine finishing, followed by surface brushing treatment. The horizontal brushed texture is even and delicate, retaining matte metallic texture with wear resistance, oxidation resistance and fingerprint resistance. The urn mouth is processed with threads by precision CNC turning. The thread profile is regular. When the tapered top cover is tightened, it achieves tight sealing to prevent dust and moisture.

1. Multi-specification complete set design: Three spun aluminum urns in large, medium and small sizes with unified appearance style, meeting different capacity requirements. Any specification can be selected separately.

2. Brushed metal appearance: Brushed silver finish on tank body with low-key and solemn style and delicate metallic texture. Secondary processing such as spraying, laser engraving of logos, patterns and texts can be added.

3. Sealed threaded screw cap: Precisely turned threaded opening and tapered top cover for convenient assembly and disassembly with excellent sealing performance.

4. Full-process production by source factory: Raw material cutting → CNC spinning forming → Precision turning → Polishing & buffing → Brushing surface treatment → Finished product inspection. All procedures are completed independently without outsourcing for reliable quality control.

5. Highly flexible customization capability: Customization available upon customer drawings. Dimensions, tank radian, wall thickness, surface treatment (brushing / spraying / engraving) and cover structure can be modified. Development of special-shaped styles is available, and we can undertake non-standard customization of memorial aluminum spinning containers.
