This CNC machined aluminum ebike mount bracket is one of our premium custom ebike components, widely used as an adjustable holder bracket for electric bike assemblies. Crafted from high-strength 6061 or 7075 aluminum alloy via full 5-axis CNC machining. The surface is finished with black hard anodization for scratch resistance, anti-corrosion and longer service life. The adjustable knob design enables quick angle adjustment, easy installation and stable locking, ideal for ebike auxiliary mounting applications.

Our metal machining factory provides OEM & ODM custom service for this electric bike bracket. We strictly control machining tolerance to guarantee precise fitting. Both prototype and mass production orders are welcome.
